How Does ADHD Group Coaching Work?

This week we are talking about ADHD Group Coaching. What is it? Who is it for? How does it work? How is it different from one on one coaching? What you will get?

So let's just jump in and answer the first few questions. What is it? And who is it for? Group Coaching is done via Zoom and will be recorded. You can attend live and raise your hand to be coached, or watch the recording at your convenience.

This coaching is for people with ADHD or ADHD like symptoms. You wouldn't believe what you can learn about yourself by watching others get coached.

How does it work? As I said, it is by Zoom. If you would like to be coached, you raise your Zoom hand. I'll explain in our sessions. So no worries if you don't know how.

I ask that you are settled, not driving and that you are muted when not being coached. That way we are safe and have little distractions.

How is this different than one on one coaching? When we coach one on one, it's all about you. We work specifically on your goals, strategies and mind management.

With group coaching, you will find that we have similar problems as adults with attention deficient hyperactivity disorder. It can be extremely helpful to hear other people get coached and apply the solutions to your own life.

Lastly, what do you get? We meet once a week for one hour. Groups are kept small, so there should be plenty of time for coaching. There will also be a lesson each week accompanied by a worksheet or workbook.

Don't worry that you may not have time. Remember, you get the recordings each week and can download the worksheets or workbooks at any time as long as you are a member.

The best part is that it's extremely affordable. Just $60 a month. That is less than a one on one coaching session. It's the best investment you'll make in yourself. Just like one on one coaching, we are working on our lacking executive function skills while managing our minds.

Coaching has been life changing for myself in dealing with my ADHD symptoms. Our brains can grow and change, especially when we learn to get out of our own way. It's time to not just deal with your ADHD but thrive.
